Eviction hearings are resuming in courts in England and Wales, with the most serious cases given priority, following a six-month ban on proceedings during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Government urged to take action on repossessions ban

The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and Landlord Action are jointly urging the Government to consider the impact of the five-month ban on repossessions, which is currently due to end on 23 August 2020.
